Running Shoes

For me it’s important that the shoes I run with are both comfy and good for me. I have been having problems with my knees which forced me to take give more attention to my shoes.

Generally I change shoes every year but I also like to change it up so I have two pairs going.

The shoes I use now are Asics 2160. I’m really happy about them, they give my toes enough space but holds to heels snugly. I’m not happy about the color however, goldish and black. I wanted the purple ones but they were way more expensive so I couldn’t justify it. Anyways, great shoes, perfect for harder surfaces.

The other shoes I use, mainly for shorter runs are my Nike Free2+ and they are more of a barefoot/minimalistic shoe that are very light and have a nice, close feel. Running in these are fun. They are fast and really makes me work on those tiny muscle in the foot and lower leg. They also look pretty.

Running Attire

I prefer running in shorts, but being from Sweden that is not really something I get to as much as I would like. My favorite pair of shorts are from Adidas and called Supernova and they are made of ClimaCool. My other pair is from UnderArmour and uses compression technology to supply the muscles with more blood which is supposed to help the muscles recover faster. I don’t know about that, they a pretty darn short so they don’t really cover that much muscle. But they do kinda have slimming effect which is more than enough for me sometimes. When it gets cool I usually run in Nike tights and some kind of wool sweater in a bright pink color. Very UES.

As I’m really tall, I have a hard time finding tanks and t-shirts that are long enough to cover my waist while running so I prefer to just use American Apparel tanks in cotton or something like that. Not hightech but comfy.

Sports-bra are somewhat of a none issue for me as my boobs are on the smaller side but sometimes it’s hard to find bras that fit tight enough. I usually stick to Casall, Adidas or Champion. Nothing fancy.
